Bridging Differences ABA strives to provide comprehensive, high quality ABA services to individuals with developmental disabilities and foster a positive and rewarding work environment for our team members.
Our goal is to provide empirically-based therapeutic services to children and adolescents with behavioral challenges, including communication, social, emotional, developmental, and functional needs. We aim to support the child’s family in meeting these needs, and help bridge individual neurodevelopmental differences to create positive outcomes.
Bridging Differences ABA emphasizes:
Parents and caregivers are an integral part of our service delivery model, as we work to develop knowledge and skills for clients' future independence from ABA services. We know that our clinical staff are making a difference in the lives of children and families every day. Bridging Differences strives to provide a positive, supportive, respectful workplace where our team members are valued for their skills and commitment, and are encouraged to grow in their professional expertise.
Owner and Clinical Director Ashleigh Guich, M.A., BCBA, has over a decade of experience working with children with a range of developmental disorders, including Autism, ADHD, PDD, and other neurodevelopmental differences. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, she conducts assessments, designs intervention plans, supervises staff, and tracks client progress.
Ashleigh leads a team of professional, highly trained clinical staff who are proficient in ABA service delivery, with a minimum of RBT level expertise. The Registered Behavior Technician is a paraprofessional who practices under the close, ongoing supervision of a BCBA, and is primarily responsible for the direct implementation of behavior-analytic services.
Clinical staff are highly trained in ABA service delivery, with a minimum of RBT level expertise. Behavior Specialists supervise technicians, modify and update programs, and support parent training.
Bridging Differences ABA uses state of the art technology to gather, record, and graph ABA data during client sessions, interface and communicate in a HIPAA-compliant manner with families, and generate progress reports and analyses to track acquisition and progression of skills. Our Central Reach platform allows families to securely sign service notes, email or message clinical or administrative staff, view their scheduling calendar, all within a secure cloud-based system.
