Our clinical team thrives on helping each other learn and grow from their vast backgrounds and experiences. They have truly become a close team who work together, celebrate each others victories, and help each other in times of need. Our BCBAs and Behavior Specialists work diligently to provide quality services to each family, as well as support and training for other members of client teams. Applied Behavior Analysis programs involve:
While undergoing my bachelor’s in social work, my roommate at the time was working for an ABA company. She talked about the work she was doing with children with Autism. After graduating and moving, I looked into working for an ABA company and fell in love with the clients, the work and the support of my supervisors.
I love watching clients grow and being a part of their journey! Often, when we first start working with clients, we see high challenging behaviors and work through them by teaching functional communication, appropriate social skills, fine and gross motor skills, coping skills and so much more. It is always so rewarding being a part of their journey and watching them learn new skills that open up a whole new world for them.
I am a big-time horse girl! I have a huge passion for horses and their abilities in helping people. I have ridden horses since I was 6 years old and always knew they were going to be a big part of my life.
I have an Associate’s Degree in Equine Studies, a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, a Master’s in Psychology with an emphasis in ABA. After a lot of hard work and studying, I have recently become BCBA!
I started working in the field of ABA in 2015 and have worked with individuals with unique needs since 2008. I absolutely love this career and have had such an exciting experience over the past 15 years.
I completed the Behavior Analyst program from Florida Tech in 2018 and received a Masters in Sport Psychology from John F. Kennedy University in 2015.
What I enjoy the most about this career is building positive relationships with families and being able to see progress over the course of a treatment program.
I love the Sacramento Kings and spending time outdoors. I'm always happy when I get to take my two boys up to the mountains and spend time hiking and throwing rocks in lakes. I'm thankful to be a part of the Bridging Differences team and have an opportunity to continue to work in the rewarding field of ABA.
I am Paola, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a passion for helping individuals achieve their full potential through the science of behavior analysis.
I am a bilingual BCBA who speaks Spanish and English. I've got a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. In 2021, I received my board certification and began my BCBA journey. On my spare time, I love watching baseball games (Go Dodgers!) and exploring the beautiful outdoors.
I've worked in the field of ABA as a one on one technician and supervisor across various settings- schools, homes, clinics, communities- and loved every minute of it. With over 6 years of experience in the field, I specialize in providing individualized, evidence based intervention for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders. Additionally, I believe in the power of collaboration, working closely with families, educators and other professionals to create comprehensive and effective treatment plans. As I continue to learn and grow in the field, each experience has deepened my passion for ABA and reinforced its power to create positive change.
I am a Bilingual Behavior Analyst with ten years of experience providing in-home behavioral services to families in the Greater Sacramento area. I have a background working in-home, within school districts, and early intervention center-based programs. My goal is to bring a diverse and comprehensive understanding of child development and behavioral interventions.
I am passionate about supporting families and children, I specialize in child-centered and neurodiversity-affirming practices. My favorite part of working in the field is working to empower caregivers with the knowledge and tools necessary to effectively address their children's unique needs.
In my free time, I enjoy watching true crime, listening to podcasts, thrifting, and traveling.
I graduated from CSU Sac State in 2020 with a B.A. in Deaf Studies. I wanted to take my education further and help broaden communication through different communities, which lead me to ABA.
I continued to love the field of ABA and I’m now attending National University for their graduate program in ABA.
What I love about being an RBT is that I get to be hands on with the clients working each day with the programs. Being a Clinical Trainer has a plus by being able to train new hires into becoming the best RBT they can be. I feel very passionate about each program, so what I like is I get to express myself through hands on work while training technicians.
I am such a foodie. I love going to different cities, states, countries experiencing food. Whether its street food or fine dining I’m always down to eat something yummy!
I have a B.A. in Deaf Studies with a minor in Child Development. I am currently working towards my M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis.
I first heard about ABA while taking a class during my under grad. The assignment was to interview a person in the helping field and a close friend of mine had just started as a behavior technician. I was so interested in her role as a BT, I searched for a similar position at another company and was offered the job on the spot!
What I love most about this position is witnessing our clients achievements! I love watching our kiddos work so hard each day to reach their goals.
I love tending to my garden! I grew my very first strawberry the other day and it has been so rewarding eating the veggies I grow. I also love all my indoor plants. My house feels like a jungle when you walk in! Before I started collecting plants, I have always been a collector of Nikes. Now that I have two kids of my own, I am obsessed with growing their shoe collection.
I got my BS in Human Services with an emphasis in Child and Family from University of Phoenix and graduated last year with my Masters in Special Education with a concentration in ABA from Arizona State University. I am currently working towards my BCBA.
My name is Diana. I am a bilingual behavior specialist in the Sacramento area, and I hold a bachelor’s degree in Management and Human Resources from CSUDH. Right now, I’m working towards my master’s degree at National University.
My journey into this field was a happy accident! I joined a close friend for a group interview, and during that experience, I discovered my passion for ABA. I have now been in this field for a total of five years.
What I love most about my job is the incredible appreciation from parents who are eager to learn about ABA. It brings me joy to be creative in my sessions, whether through arts and crafts or role-playing activities. Witnessing our clients grow and learning to express themselves is truly rewarding.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new places and trying different foods. I also enjoy the simple pleasures of binge-watching shows and indulging in some cozy downtime when I can.
My calling to ABA came in two parts. First, a bite from a preschool student who felt I was too close and secondly the guidance course in community college that prompted me to investigate Behavior Management and Behavioral Psychology.
I studied at delta College receiving one of my AAs in Social and Behavioral studies and soon became a School/Classroom Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). As a Lead RBT and trainer for new hires I received my bachelor’s in psychology with a focus in child psychology from CSU Stanislaus.
Teaching ABA and passing on behavioral psychology knowledge helps alleviate my passion for mental health awareness and equipping parents with strategies to improve the home-life of their child and themselves. Applied Behavior Analysis has given me a clear and adaptable way to look at behavioral psychology and the world we live in. The term “generalization” (Ex. A fork in the kitchen at home is functionally the same as a fork in the kitchen of my grandma’s house) has helped me gather a greater understanding of the world around me and that of my clients.
Outside of work I love playing competitive Paintball, traveling to new places, and trying new food such as Korean, West African, and Indian food. I find myself often playing video games or writing to decompress and spoiling my 14-year-old dog, Nina.
I have completed my bachelor’s in psychology, and I aim to complete my Graduate degree in the following years to bolster my ability to assist families in need.
I graduated from Sacramento State University in 2020 with my B.A. in Psychology. Before taking my upper division courses in Psychology, I had no idea what ABA was. I took a class called Psych of Exceptional Children, which focused on children with many different developmental disabilities. My professor worked in ABA and she was so passionate when she talked about the field and expressed how much she loved the field and how there was a great need for people in this field. Once I graduated, I was determined to find a position in ABA. I have now been working in ABA for 3 1/2 years.
I love food and trying new restaurants. I love to go to the movies with my son (I get to be a big kid & watch kid movies with him).
What I love about ABA is that we get to see the changes and progress in the families we work with. I love working in the mid level position because it gives me the opportunity to continuously build rapport with the client and their families. I look forward to learning and improving my knowledge of ABA while working with Bridging Differences.
My ABA journey started in 2019 when I was career searching after completing my undergraduate degree. I wanted to try social work, stumbled upon an ABA company and that was the beginning. My first client has changed my perspective on behaviors and how we teach forever. I've worked with multiple clients in-home, school districts, and center-based programs.
What I enjoy about being in ABA is the progress that we make with clients and families. As we work together, it is rewarding to see families accomplish their goals with their children and build a better relationship. It has been a wonderful opportunity to teach and positively change people's lives.
Outside of work, I enjoy going on long drives, hikes, and discovering new places. Otherwise, I will be listening to different podcasts or music and spending time with my cat.
I started my journey in ABA after realizing chemistry was not my calling, and I immediately fell in love with it. My supervisors were extremely helpful and continue to help me through my journey as I get more experience in the field.
My favorite part is seeing the progress that clients make throughout their targets and being part of their sessions every day to celebrate their little achievements is very rewarding.
I love volleyball, watching anime, reading, and recently picked up a fish-keeping hobby! I am a parent to a nature-style freshwater tank filled with mollies, angelfish, loaches, blue rams, and a couple dwarf frogs!
I am currently a student at Sacramento State working towards my bachelor’s degree in Family Studies and Human Development. As a future goal in my career, I aim to pursue a master’s degree in ABA.

When I am not working, I love to travel, and experience new things. In my free time I like to paint, and do arts and crafts, and I enjoy cooking as well. I love spending time with my nieces and nephew, and I enjoy creating special experiences/memories for my family and friends.

I began my master’s program in ABA through National University in 2020 with the hopes of becoming a BCBA, but my plans quickly changed when I had my son. I finished my M.S., but I wanted to utilize my skills behind the scenes, so I could have the flexibility to raise my son.
After scouring countless job sites, I stumbled across BDABA and the Client Relations Specialist position. I knew that this position was created for me! It allows me to use my knowledge of ABA and work directly with families. This role is truly a dream come true.
During my free time, I love to take hikes with my family and road trips to the Bay Area or Lake Tahoe. I am so glad I found a company that takes pride in providing the necessary and optimal care for all of our clients.

I started working in the ABA field in 2017 in the administration department working on medical billing and coding, and patient care coordination. I enjoy the analytical aspects of the job.
Outside of work, I like to spend time with my family walking nature trails, participating in the Kindness Rocks Project, and having adventures.

I have been in the Customer Relations' field since I began working back in High School. This has taken me along a few different avenues including both hands-on and behind the scenes positions. At Bridging Differences ABA, I found a position that allowed me to combine my skillset and help make a positive contribution, albeit as a supporting role, to the lives of families in our local communities. I am excited to join the team and absolutely love the Mission and Vision of this company, and the impact that we have on the children and families that we assist daily.
In my free time, my favorite activity is spending time with my family. They inspire me in every way - we enjoy reading, playing board and card games, outdoor activities, cooking, baking, and crafting together.
