Coverage Information

Many types of private health insurance are now required to cover ABA services. This depends on what kind of insurance you have.

All Medi-Cal plans must cover treatments that are medically necessary for children under the age of 21. If a doctor prescribes ABA and says it is medically necessary for your child, Medi-Cal must cover the cost.

We currently serve clients between the ages of 3 - 18 years old.

The Affordable Care Act (ACA) of 2010 requires health insurance plans sold through Covered California to include a set of essential health benefits. These essential benefits can include ABA therapy. All Covered California plans must cover ABA therapy for eligible persons.

We also welcome private pay clients and clients whose insurance is not listed. Please contact us as we may be able to provide services through a Single Case Agreement with your insurance provider.
