At Bridging Differences ABA, our Behavior Intervention Team—consisting of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)—partners with students, families, teachers, and school professionals to promote consistency, collaboration, and meaningful student progress. We currently service Placerville school districts; more district availability to come!

RBTs provide individualized, one-on-one support under BCBA supervision. They implement students’ IEPs and behavior support plans (BSPs/BIPs) and work closely with school teams to support student goals.
Our BCBAs conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and provide data-driven recommendations to reduce challenging behaviors and teach appropriate replacement skills. We observe students, collect and analyze data, supervise and train RBTs, and collaborate with teachers and school professionals through IEP meetings. Our team also recommends evidence-based, culturally responsive strategies to support positive behavior, effective classroom management, and successful learning environments.
We work across general and special education settings to help create supportive, inclusive environments. Through collaboration, training, and evidence-based practices, our team helps school professionals build consistency and support students’ success across settings.
